1. The promoter is: Billboard Studio B.V. (company no. 68254156) whose registered office is at Archimedesplantsoen 56-I, 1098KE Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
  2. The competition (“TIMIO Giveaway”) is open to anyone aged 18 years or over and with a valid email address, except employees of Billboard Studio B.V. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://www.facebook.com and https://timio.co/.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. The “TIMIO Giveaway” begins on the 20th of August 2018 at 08:00 am CET and ends on the 1st of November 2018 at 12:00 am CET. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. Submit your full name and email address through the sign-up form that can be found either on the landing page of https://timio.co/ or through the ads in the News Feed on http://www.facebook.com.
    2. If you registered through https://timio.co/, please check your inbox of the email address provided and click on the link included in the confirmation email in order to confirm your subscription.
    3. If you don't confirm your email address we won't receive your email address in our database, thus your entry to the competition will not exist in our system.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The prize is as follows: a TIMIO audio player together with 5 content discs.
  13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received.
  15. Prizes will only be awarded if the TIMIO Kickstarter campaign is successful, meaning it reaches its funding goal and if Billboard Studio B.V. is able to produce the prizes.
  16. Billboard Studio B.V. will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via ads running on http://www.facebook.com or directly via https://timio.co/.
  17. Billboard Studio B.V.'s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  18. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  19. Winners of the prizes are responsible for covering the shipping costs related to the delivery of their prize.
  20. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered.
  21. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  23. By entering this competition, an entrant consents to receive email communication related to the TIMIO crowdfunding campaign. It is possible to unsubscribe anytime from said email communication by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails.
  24. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
  25. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Dutch data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  29. Billboard Studio B.V. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
