Ticking sound

Instructions to remove the ticking sounds (this takes less than 1 minute).

1. Click here to download the file data.bin

2. Turn off your TIMIO.

3. Connect your TIMIO to your computer using the USB-C cable that came with your TIMIO (other cables may not suited for transfering data). Your computer will show TIMIO as an external drive containing several folders (L00, L01, L02, etc.).

4. Copy and paste (or drag and drop) the file data.bin into the folder “L00”.
   Wait 5 seconds until the file has fully transferred.

5. Disconnect TIMIO from your computer.

6. Important: Turn TIMIO on and wait 30 seconds. All the LEDs will blink. Do not turn off the device during this update process! 

7. When you hear the startup sound, your TIMIO is ready to use again.
