The delivery time is estimated by the parcel delivery company. It refers to the period between the order handed over to the parcel delivery company and the arrival of the goods at the customer.
Circumstances can always delay the delivery time. From experience most packages are delivered within two weeks. Our shipping partner always uses a period of 2 weeks before an official package inspection is started.
TIMIO B.V. cannot be made responsible for the service and any delays of the shipping company.

All prices mentioned include 21% VAT which cannot be deducted for shipping locations outside the EU.
3) CUSTOM DUTIES
Orders sent to addresses outside the EU may be subject to customs duty. We cannot estimate which customs and duties fees may be charged for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Los discos TIMIO se pueden reproducir en todos los idiomas de su TIMIO. El tiempo de reproducción es de unos 30 minutos por idioma o 240 minutos si se reproducen todos los idiomas.
TIMIO tiene un nuevo embalaje, pero el reproductor, los discos o el contenido de audio no han cambiado. Así que si compraste tu TIMIO anteriormente, puedes pedir los sets de discos en su nuevo embalaje sin ningún problema. Los discos funcionarán con cualquier reproductor TIMIO.
